Task
The Client required localization of online card games in 13 languages, including the rare ones. What was needed were not just certified translators, but native speakers. We have such professionals in our team!

Implementation
The Client provided us with the interface of the game, which allowed the translators to understand its essence and all the features of the translation (text layout, explanations, etc.).
Translation from English into Uzbek was the first to be done.
As the second milestone, we translated the game from English into Hindi.Then we performed the translation into Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, and Marathi.
The Project Manager and the Client Account Manager stayed in touch with the Translators and the Client virtually 24/7, because the deadlines were of great importance to the letter!

Result
We developed very cordial and even friendly relations with the Client. There is a team ready to translate into other languages!

Task
The Client required a notarized translation of 40 documents. Price and deadline were significant factors as there was a team of specialists who were to travel abroad for work in the nearest time.

Implementation
We are always flexible and understanding to such requests, so the price for the Client was as attractive as possible.The whole team was involved: it took us one day to make all the translations, which were double-checked by the Editor and the Proofreader. Then we printed and stapled 40 originals and translated copies, and the Administrator headed urgently to the Notary to certificate the package. We had no right to make a mistake, the trip could have been ruined.Certainly, we succeeded!

Result
The Client was impressed by our approach and our readiness to help no matter what. The very next day our Client received all the 40 translations via the Nova Poshta postal and courier company, and now he could please his own customers!

Task
The Client required translations of technical documentation to release a catalog. The materials are confidential, so to start our cooperation, we signed a non-disclosure agreement.

Implementation
We began discussing the notes, glossary, deadlines, and work budget. The Client provided us with the previous translation file and we realized that this would save us time to translate and the Client could save money as well. Using the provided translation, the Editor created a translation memory (TM) and glossary (TB) in the CAT tool. Then the software automatically translated it, and it was up to our Editor specializing in the field to proofread the paper and finish the file to perfection (the previous translation, TM, and TB helped). The Client fully approved that solution, especially since the budget and deadline had been reduced by 70%!

Result
Everyone was satisfied with the result: The Client got files ready for publication and the translation memory to be used for future similar projects, and we got a new standing partner!

Task
The Client required the game to be localized for mobile phones.
It is very important in such projects that the Client is ready to communicate and that all the necessary materials are available. These are the aspects that help translators completely understand the essence of the project and provide the best result!

Implementation
To begin with, we had to translate into German, Italian, and Spanish. The Client provided us with a link to the game and the opportunity to watch the gameplay logic on YouTube. Some questions regarding the characters' dialogues arose while translating, but thanks to our Client Account Manager, who communicates with our Clients even on weekends, we were able to get a full transcript quickly. The translation was done online into all languages in a single Google document, allowing the Editor and the Proofreader to check the text without delay. The Project Manager selected the performers, taking into account the theme, and always kept in touch with them.

Result
After verifying the quality of the translations into the first 3 languages, the Client ordered us to work on the next 3 languages, French, Portuguese, and English, with no hesitation. The next steps will be the game localization into Japanese and Arabic. We have already selected qualified specialists and ready to start without delay.

Task
The IT company required transcribing and translating their training webinar videos. The videos were in Ukrainian made by our national specialists, whose knowledge had to be transferred to an English-speaking audience. The one-hour webinar was focused on the Python programming language.

Implementation
In one week a representative from the U.S. contacted us. After discussing all the details, the process was launched. Since we have experts in the field, it took us only 4 days to complete the work, including a three-level translation quality check.

Result
Let's be honest, we were a bit worried whether our translations would be a success in the USA because it's always important for us to do a 1000% job and meet our Client's expectations. But after a couple of days, we got amazing feedback, saying "Great job!" And we have already discussed our future projects together.
