Privacy And Personal Data Processing Policy
1. General
This Personal Data Processing Policy is developed in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 2297-VI "On Protection of Personal Data" dated June 1, 2010 as amended and supplemented by Laws of Ukraine No. 4452-VI dated February 23, 2012, and No. 5491-VI dated November 20, 2012, and establishes the procedure of processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by LOLLIPOP TRANSLATION AGENCY (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
1.1. Observance of the rights and liberties of the man and of the citizen is the most important goal for the Operator and condition for carrying out its activities when processing personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, to personal and family secrets.
1.2. This Policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the http://lollipoptranslations.com website.
2. Main terms used in the Policy

2.7. Operator is a state body, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual that independently or together with other persons organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purpose of personal data processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
2.8. Personal Data is any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the http://lollipoptranslations.com website;
2.9. User is any visitor to the http://lollipoptranslations.com website;
2.10. Provision of personal data are actions to disclose personal data to a certain person or a certain group of persons;
2.11. Dissemination of personal data is any action taken to disclose personal data to the public (disclosure of personal data) or to make personal data available to the public, including the publication of personal data in the media, posting on information and telecommunication networks, or provide access to personal data in any other way;

3. The Operator is entitled to process the following personal data of the User
3.1. Last name, first name, patronymic;
3.2. Email address;
3.3. Phone numbers;
3.4. Photographs;
3.5. The website also collects and processes impersonal data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistical services (like Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
3.6. The above-mentioned data in this Policy are hereafter referred to collectively as Personal Data.
4. Purposes of personal data processing
4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending e-mails.
4.2. The Operator may also send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always refuse to receive information messages by sending an email to the Operator at tt@lollipoptranslations.com with the note "Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers".

5. Legal basis for processing of personal data

6.4. The term of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification by e-mail to the Operator's address tt@lollipoptranslations.com, marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".
7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
7.1. Prior to the start of cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator shall ensure that the foreign country to the territory of which personal data is to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data in foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if the subject of personal data has consented in writing to the cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or if the agreement, in which the subject of personal data is a party is concluded.

8.1. The User may obtain any clarification on issues of interest relating to the processing of his/her personal data by emailing the Operator at tt@lollipoptranslations.com.
8.2. This document will contain any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new edition.
